What is Your New Year's Resolution?

It's already almost a new year. It's unbelievable!🙆 but whenever the new year comes, people come up with some kind of goal to make themselves a better person. So, what will your New Year's Resolution be? I'll start with telling you what mine is.

I would like to give God more of my time. Oftentimes I try to set goals to pray and read the Bible in the morning time but usually get distracted and I don't end up doing it until late in the evening. But this year I really want to make my time with God my number one priority.

I also would like to be more positive and have more faith in God. 2017 has been a challenging time for me with my faith but I'm praying that I'll have stronger faith in God by seeing the outcomes of my circumstances where God has came through.

This year I would like to shine my light even more brightly than what I do now.

This year I want to be more committed to writing and pursuing my goals and dreams in general.

This year I want my friendships to grow stronger and flourish like they never have before. I would like to try to resolve issues that hasn't been resolved yet. I would like to be more understanding and caring and helpful.

I pray that God will make me a stronger person overall. I know that I've had some icy spots on this walk of life, but I pray that God will pour his salt on these sidewalks that I walk so that I won't slip and fall. He will outstretch his hand toward me to give me a lift.

I'm excited about the great things God will do in my life this year. I would say I've accomplished a lot this year and have learned many things. I know that new beginnings are here and that God will use me in miraculous ways. I've experienced many new things this year, I've had my ups and downs but I'm here and ready to go forth and take on whatever comes next. I know that I've come a long way and I know that I was created on this earth for a great purpose.

My next post will be about my plans for 2018. To start the new year week I am going on a fast, but this fast includes me taking a break from secular movies, music, books, etc... And just listen to christian music and do all Christian related things for a while week. I promise to write about how God's spirit will move through me this week of the new year. I pray that I'll have many great things to tell at the end of my spam fast.

What an exciting time of year it is! Oh! I also plan to listen to different year end music countdowns. Please give me your feedback about the post or any of my other posts. Seeing your feedback gives me motivation to keep doing what I'm doing. Thanks everyone who's supported my blog thus far. You are amazing! I can't wait to see more growth in my blog in 2018. Stay tuned for more posts about the new year. Until then, have a safe and happy new year!🎉🎆☺😊
